Admission Procedure
We believe in building strong connections with everyone in our community, starting with getting to know each other. Our admissions process is simple and clear, designed to give you a taste of what it’s like to be part of the AAIS family. We want you to enjoy the experience, ask questions, and really get to know us.

Stage 1: Open House |
Join our information-packed Open House to get all the details you need for your decision. Take a tour around our Campus school and make the right choice for your journey with us! |
Stage 2: Application |
Get your application form from the School Office – we accept cash and Gpay. Submit the completed form, along with supporting documents on time. Be open and honest in sharing information. Please note that any later discovery of incorrect or withheld information may result in admission cancellation. |
Stage 3: Diagnostic and Interaction |
All prospective students attend a face-to-face interaction, along with their parents to meet our Admissions Team. For admission to Grade 3 & above, students must write a diagnostic prior to this interaction.

Stage 4: Admission |
Complete the Admission Process by submission of requisite fees within the specified timeframe. |

ADMISSION GUIDELINES
- All applications will be considered fairly regardless of religion, nationality, creed, race, gender, colour.
- All admission seekers will go through the Admission Process as outlined above and given in the Admissions guide.
- A candidate seeking admission to Akshar Arbol International School(AAIS), must be introduced to the School staff, in person, by an adult(Parent or Guardian) who will be responsible for the student.
- The School authorities expressly reserve the right and discretion as regards the admission of students.
- Admission is complete only after all fees are paid as stipulated.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
