Introduction to problem solving and algorithm

AAIS Grade 9 Students started with a problem statement on coffee making. Students were allowed to brainstorm the required ingredients (variables in algorithm). Then, the process of making it. (Processing or operation in algorithm). Eventually, they landed on the end result! Output – Coffee.

Further, students wrote an algorithm with Structured English and pseudo code (2 ways to express the algorithm)
